Job Description

Maintenance Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid working with some office/site visits

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a vital role in maintaining residential blocks? We're hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to support a busy property management team in delivering excellent maintenance services across a residential portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works

  • Liaising with contractors and residents to resolve issues efficiently

  • Managing work orders, purchase orders, and compliance documentation

  • Conducting site inspections and following up on outstanding tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in maintenance coordination, property admin, or facilities support

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident IT user, ideally with some property management system knowledge

  • Knowledge of building systems (fire safety, lifts, gates) a plus
