Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and coordinate the team.
• Communicate with internal teams to plan and respond to maintenance needs.
• Support training, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Manage time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient.

Working Hours

Full time contract with shifts between 7:30am and 6pm. Guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 week period. Additional hours may be required. The role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification and hands on experience in Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing work.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a supportive way.
• Well organised with good planning and computer skills.
• Positive, motivational approach to work and colleagues.
• Full driving licence held for a minimum of six months.
