Responsibilities- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and coordinate the team.
- Communicate with internal teams to plan and respond to maintenance needs.
- Support training, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Manage time and attendance systems to keep operations efficient.

Full time contract with shifts between 7:30am and 6pm. Guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 week period. Additional hours may be required. The role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Requirements- Recognised qualification and hands on experience in Electrical, Gas Safe, Mechanical or Plumbing work.
- Experience leading and developing a team in a supportive way.
- Well organised with good planning and computer skills.
- Positive, motivational approach to work and colleagues.
- Full driving licence held for a minimum of six months.
