Job Specification: M365 Architect - Fluent Finnish Required
Role: Immediate
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months (Extensions Possible)
Working Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite Helsinki)
Language Proficiency: Fluent Finnish (Native or CEFR C1) - mandatory
Nationality: Finnish Citizenship/Finnish Right to Work

Mission:

We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to lead the planning, design and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments. You will be responsible for architectural decisions across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Entra ID, ensuring scalable, secure and automated solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

• Min. 3 years experience as M365 and/or Microsoft SharePoint architect (planning, maintenance, implementation)
• Min. 3 projects experience in M365 Exchange, SharePoint and Teams implementation projects
• Min. 3 years experience M365 environment maintenance (Entra, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint etc)
• Min. 2 projects experience of M365 automation using PowerShell
• Min. 2 years experience in DevOps
• Min. 2 Associate or Expert level certification in an area of M365

Desired Candidate Attributes:

Additional experience as an architect for M365 or SharePoint Online solutions

• MS-700 Teams Administrator Associate certificate

• MS-102 Administrator Expert certificate

• SC-300 Identity and access administrator associate certificate

• SC-400 Information security administrator associate certificate

• Reference projects for Azure application development and REST interfaces

• Experience in Azure DevOps pipeline

• Experience in SharePoint configuration

• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and present designs to stakeholders
• Collaborative, able to work closely with DevOps and operations teams
