Salesforce Functional Consultant - Insurance - London/Remote

My client, a market leader in their field require a Salesforce Functional Consultant to own scope, requirements, and Salesforce solution design, and taking overall accountability for individual projects. You will be hands-on across both client engagement and technical implementation, operating across the full project life cycle from pre-sales and discovery through to build, testing, deployment, and user enablement, with a strong focus on insurance operating models and data structures.

Your Cv MUST evidence recent experience with the following:

• Recent Insurance Sector experience (Sales, Quoting & Pricing, Onboarding, Policy Admin, Claims).
• Owning and managing engagement deliverables across Salesforce Digital Insurance (On Core) and Financial Services Cloud implementations
• Managing and leading insurance-focused discovery and design workshops, translating policy, claims, servicing, and distribution requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Designing and/or reviewing Salesforce solutions to meet insurance business, regulatory, and data requirements
• Owning and managing estimation across discovery, pre-build, and in-build phases for insurance transformation initiatives
• Managing the build of Salesforce solutions using supported configuration and extension approaches
• Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all build deliverables
• Ability to perform customisation of Salesforce using configuration, Apex, and Lightning Experience where appropriate and supported
• Managing the delivery of insurance data migration and integration, including policy, customer, and reference data, using data transfer or ETL tools

This is initially a 12 month contract with scope to extend way beyond this.
