Freelance Senior Program Manager - Global ERP Transformation (Infor M3) | Pharma | Europe/Remote

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a strategic transformation programme for a global pharmaceutical client. We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale global ERP migration, driving delivery across multiple regions and parallel workstreams in a highly complex enterprise environment.

This is a high-impact role focused on orchestrating a multi-wave ERP transformation, including Legacy system replacement and cloud migration across 30+ countries.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 10-15+ years' experience as a Program Manager/Program Director in enterprise environments

• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP migration or transformation programs

• Experience delivering multi-country, multi-wave ERP rollouts (parallel deployments)

• Familiarity with Infor M3 (hands-on or program-level exposure)

• Strong experience in ERP cloud transformation/on-prem to cloud migration

• Demonstrated ability to operate and communicate at C-level (CIO, executive stakeholders)

• Experience managing multi-vendor environments (internal teams, SIs, OEM vendors)

• Strong governance experience (steering committee, risk management, program oversight)

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across regions

• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with iScala or Protheus migrations
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Experience with Infor partner ecosystems (eg, SI partners delivering M3)
• Exposure to large-scale cloud ERP migration programs across global landscapes

• Location: Europe-based preferred/remote (global program coverage)

• Duration: Initial until the end of the year(long-term program ~3 years)
