Loyalty Rewards Manager

For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Loyalty Rewards Manager for the Direct To Consumer (DtC) team to support on the Rewards roll out and deployment.
Strengthening our client's DtC business with a loyalty platform strategy is key to maintaining strong growth and competing with other benefits/promotions rather than pricing that creates channel conflict. Activate Customer Data and our client's loyalty platforms with formidable activities and tactics to drive cross-sell and up-sell in the DtC channel.

- Hours: 09:00h. - 18:00h / Flexibility (40 hours)
- Location: Madrid- Spain Hybrid
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary range : 30K-34K
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate the loyalty program initiatives transversally to all business divisions.
- Co-create together with Head of Loyalty & Biz Insights the local CRM strategy & vision, aligned with global Headquarters strategy.
- Manage Rewards program calendar.
- Define & execute the rewards campaigns plan and goals to ensure an effective communication within multiple channels including email, Mobile App notifications, Wallet, etc.
- Prepare dashboard, KPIs, analysis, reporting and comparison of campaigns performance with main user experience, GCRM platform and e-commerce KPIs.
- Identify improvements and new opportunities to expand the loyalty initiatives and results.
- Manage database users tiering program to energize and retain customers, AOV and purchasing frequency.
- Manage GCRM platform to setup new campaigns and update dashboard.
- In collaboration with Customer Service support customer queries and requests.
- Align with legal team to optimise personalization and Rewards communications within the GDPR legal regulation.
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as Retention Marketing role with strong digital focus.
- Loyalty program management experience.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools. Salesforce, Adobe or similar suites experience will be highly appreciated.
- Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional planning and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confident presenting.
- Ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding all key digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the same time.
- Working experience in multinational environment is a plus.
- Fluent English is essential in an international environment.
