Do you want to work as a logistics employee in Tilburg and earn between €3.000,- and €3.300,- gross per month? As a logistics employee, you combine order preparation, internal transport and hands-on production work. You work in a small international team, stay active throughout your shift and help keep the entire process moving.

Functieomschrijving:
As a logistics employee in Tilburg, you work between the warehouse and production. You prepare cheese products for shipment, register orders in the system and keep materials moving through the process. The work is active and physically demanding. In general, your tasks are:

• Collecting, repacking and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Manually lifting, moving and turning products weighing approximately 15 kilograms.
• Placing products into packaging and preparing them for the next production step.
• Checking labels, packaging, quantities, weights and product quality.
• Registering products and orders correctly using scanners and warehouse systems.
• Loading and unloading trucks and checking incoming and outgoing goods.
• Moving products with a pump truck and, when applicable, a forklift or reach truck.
• Working in a refrigerated area for part of the shift when required.
• Reporting deviations and working safely and hygienically according to HACCP guidelines.

Functievereisten:
This position is a good fit if you are used to practical work and do not mind a physically demanding job. You work accurately, keep overview during busy moments and are comfortable using scanners and systems. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in logistics, production or order picking.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing approximately 15 kilograms.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work for longer periods.
• Experience with scanners, warehouse systems or production systems.
• A forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus.

You will work in a small international food production environment where logistics, quality and teamwork come together. The products you prepare are shipped to customers in more than 35 countries. In return for your work, you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3.000,- and €3.300,- based on a 36-hour workweek.
• A shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule.
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer.
