Job Description
Logistics Administrator(Nights) Required About the Role

As a key part of the transport operation, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery routes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent service. This is a hands on role where no two nights are the same. You'll be problem solving, communicating with drivers, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan and schedule daily delivery routes efficiently
  • Maximise vehicle capacity and optimise routes
  • Brief drivers and provide clear instructions and paperwork
  • Monitor live deliveries and respond quickly to any issues or changes
  • Work closely with the wider transport team and management
  • Support compliance, investigations, and operational improvements
  • Handle driver queries and support with people-related matters
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in transport planning, routing, or coordination (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UK geography and routing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • A proactive, team-focused approach

Working Hours & Pay

22:00 - 06:30
40 hours per week contract.
Up to £34,673.60 per annum
The site is operational Monday - Saturday.
