Job Description
Logistics Administrator(Nights) Required About the Role 
As a key part of the transport operation, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery routes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent service. This is a hands on role where no two nights are the same. You'll be problem solving, communicating with drivers, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing- Plan and schedule daily delivery routes efficiently
- Maximise vehicle capacity and optimise routes
- Brief drivers and provide clear instructions and paperwork
- Monitor live deliveries and respond quickly to any issues or changes
- Work closely with the wider transport team and management
- Support compliance, investigations, and operational improvements
- Handle driver queries and support with people-related matters
- Previous experience in transport planning, routing, or coordination (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK geography and routing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- £40 bonus for Saturday shifts (4+ hours)

40 hours per week contract.
Up to £34,673.60 per annum
The site is operational Monday - Saturday.
