Locum Dentist - Telford 1 Day per Week 3-Month Fixed-Term Cover July Start

We are recruiting for a Locum Dentist to join a busy mixed dental practice in Telford on a fixed-term locum basis, starting in July. This role is for 1 day per week and will provide cover for a period of approximately 3 months.

You will be working within a well-established practice, taking over an existing patient list and providing a mixture of NHS and private dental care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist seeking a regular weekly commitment within a supportive clinical environment.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. UK-based dental experience is essential for this role. You must be fully qualified, registered with the GDC, and hold an active NHS Performer Number.

Required Skills & Experience for this Locum Dentist:

• GDC registration as a Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Proven experience delivering NHS dentistry
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Confidence working independently
• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care

Suitable for Dentists, Associate Dentists, and General Dental Practitioners.

As a Locum Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-quality NHS and private general dentistry
• Completing examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Carrying out routine and restorative dental procedures
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Delivering excellent patient care in line with practice standards

This role is based in Telford with convenient access from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Cannock, Newport, Stafford, Market Drayton, and surrounding areas.
