Veteran Care Liaison Officer - Hybrid/Field Support

The Confederation of Service Charities is looking for a Veteran Liaison Support Officer (VLSO) to work within the mental health pathway for veterans. This hybrid role requires travel within the Greater Manchester area, supporting individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide tailored support across various issues. Experience with housing is beneficial but not mandatory.
