Litigation Solicitor (Potential for Head of dept)
Location: Truro, St Austell
Role Overview
- Manage your own caseload to include
- Civil Litigation
- Contentious probate
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence
- Property and land disputes
- Commercial lease renewals
Experience Required
- Qualified solicitor or CILEx Lawyer
- 5 yrs PQE within litigation
- Those wishing to progress quickly to Team Leader are welcome
