Litigation Solicitor (Potential for Head of dept)
Location: Truro, St Austell

Role Overview

  • Manage your own caseload to include
  • Civil Litigation
  • Contentious probate
  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Property and land disputes
  • Commercial lease renewals

Experience Required

  • Qualified solicitor or CILEx Lawyer
  • 5 yrs PQE within litigation
  • Those wishing to progress quickly to Team Leader are welcome
