Litigation lawyer (F/H)

You join the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team of the Natixis Legal Department.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

1. Manage a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial, criminal matters: define the strategy, mandate lawyers, follow legal proceedings, negotiate, settle, etc.;
2. Provide legal advice to internal clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters;
3. Coordinate legal proceedings initiated abroad;
4. Manage investigations of regulators or authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB, etc.);
5. Conduct legal monitoring on relevant themes within your litigation portfolio;
6. Ensure reporting related to the disputes you handle.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in business law and at least 5 years of experience in business litigation related to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) within a law firm or a bank's legal department.

You master:

• The management of a varied litigation portfolio before French and/or international jurisdictions;
• Investigations of regulators.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a good listening ability, and are:

• Autonomous, responsive, and rigorous;
• Analytical with a good mind;
• Motivated by teamwork.

You are proficient in English at a C1 level.
