Litigation lawyer (F/H)

You join the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team of the Natixis Legal Department.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Manage a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial, criminal matters: define the strategy, mandate lawyers, follow legal proceedings, negotiate, settle, etc.;
- Provide legal advice to internal clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters;
- Coordinate legal proceedings initiated abroad;
- Manage investigations of regulators or authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB, etc.);
- Conduct legal monitoring on relevant themes within your litigation portfolio;
- Ensure reporting related to the disputes you handle.

With a higher education in business law and at least 5 years of experience in business litigation related to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) within a law firm or a bank's legal department.
You master:
- The management of a varied litigation portfolio before French and/or international jurisdictions;
- Investigations of regulators.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a good listening ability, and are:
- Autonomous, responsive, and rigorous;
- Analytical with a good mind;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You are proficient in English at a C1 level.
