Our varied activities, numerous projects, and ongoing developments will advance your career. In the field of non-life individual insurance, we handle claims and civil liability requests for complex bodily injury cases throughout Switzerland. The establishment of various projects as well as the handling of large-scale claims are also part of the exciting and varied tasks of this position contributing to the company.- Handling complex claims related to all branches of civil liability (automobile, professional, and private) with a focus on damage of all types related to legal issues.- Conducting negotiations with the injured parties, their representatives, and private and social insurers.- Instruction and monitoring of external parties in active disputes and in projects, as well as in setting up internal training courses.- Legal support for our decentralized services in French.Your skills and talents- Degree in law (Master of Law preferred), ideally with a diploma or career in insurance with experience in handling complex claims.- Experience in a law firm, in court, or in the private sector.- Experience in the field of civil liability law and social insurance.- Interest in handling complex cases of bodily injury.- Sense of initiative and persuasive strength.- Excellent written and spoken command of French.- Preferably, good knowledge of German.About AXAWe shape our clients' experiences regarding claims and our clients are at the center of our attention, and we seek the best possible solution with each client.
