A Top 10 Civil Engineering Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £380m Station Upgrade in Central London. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on one of the biggest Civil Rail Projects London currently has with clear career development opportunities.

The ideal Candidate must be:

• Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (or similar, HNC will be considered)
• Previous experience working with a contractor in a Rail or Civil Engineering environment
• Familiar with NEC option 3, JCT and ICE forms of contracts is also desirable

• Forecast Cost to Completion

• Change Management and Claims
• Subcontract Procurement
• Maximise Income
• Client and Supply Chain Relationships

• Dispute Management and Resolution

Salary will be based on experience - ideal experience within NEC3 contracts are also advantageous. The client will consider lodging the right candidate.

This position is only suitable for UK residence and applicants who do not possess a British Passport or working visa will not be considered.

This is also a permanent position as the client is not seeking any contract staff or anyone from a recent freelance background.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a Quantity Surveying Role on a Civil Engineering project based in the UK with a Main Contractor or Subcontractor
