A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Reading. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner who is eager to make a real difference in the early years of a child's development, whether newly qualified or with existing experience.
The nursery provides a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. The successful Level 3 Practitioner will play a vital role in supporting high-quality early years education and ensuring every child receives the best possible start.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity across the setting
- Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
