Lettings and Property Management Consultant - West Essex (Part time offered)

A well respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable and mature professional Lettings and Property Management Consultant based in West Essex. The successful consultant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties; therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Register new tenants
• Carry out viewings
• Prepare new tenancies and associated paperwork
• Assist tenants with maintenance issues
• Complete deposit returns
• Ensure all systems are kept up to date
• Carry out key audits as required

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience within Lettings management
• Intermediate computer literacy desirable
• Experience with lettings/property management software packages useful
• ARLA qualification an advantage
• Ability to manage own workload
• Driver's Licence - ideally with own car, but pool car possible

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (No weekends). (Would consider 4 day week - Salary pro rata)

Salary

£30,000pa basic + commission. OTE of around £35,000 to £40,000
