Lettings and Property Management Consultant - West Essex (Part-time offered)

A well respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable and mature professional Lettings and Property Management Consultant based in West Essex. The successful consultant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties; therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Register new tenants
- Carry out viewings
- Prepare new tenancies and associated paperwork
- Assist tenants with maintenance issues
- Complete deposit returns
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date
- Carry out key audits as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Lettings management
- Intermediate computer literacy desirable
- Experience with lettings/property management software packages useful
- ARLA qualification an advantage
- Ability to manage own workload
- Driver's Licence - ideally with own car, but pool car possible
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (No weekends). (Would consider 4 day week - Salary pro rata)
Salary£30,000pa basic + commission. OTE of around £35,000 to £40,000
