Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leisure & Partnerships Account Executive to manage and develop strategic partnerships that drive growth and customer loyalty for Avis and Budget. This role focuses on maximising existing partnerships, creating innovative loyalty programs, and expanding our portfolio of collaborations domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Management

  • Oversee loyalty programs for key partners (e.g., IAG, Travel Club, Melia Rewards, Renfe, etc.), including point-based promotions and redemptions.
  • Coordinate marketing communications through partners' channels (websites, catalogs, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Manage international offers with cross-functional teams and resolve customer claims related to loyalty points.
  • Identify opportunities for new loyalty programs and monitor performance through sales reports.

Partnership Development

  • Manage partnerships as key sales channels, negotiating offers, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns with partners, including creating microsites and promotional content.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with partners to analyze results and identify growth opportunities.

Inbound Collaborations

  • Lead marketing efforts for inbound partners such as Miles&More, British Airways, and Visa.
  • Develop local collaborations and resolve program-related issues for international accounts.
  • Act as the primary contact for inbound marketing initiatives and align efforts with regional teams.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop marketing and communication plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Forecast and track performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the creation and revision of partnership contracts alongside legal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Familiarity with loyalty program implementation and partner collaboration.
  • High proficiency in English and experience in international business settings.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate partner potential and sales forecasts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

This is a temporary position with an approximate contract duration of 9 months.
