We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a busy law firm based in North Dublin, who are seeking a part time Legal Secretary/Receptionist to support their Litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with litigation secretarial experience to join a friendly and fast paced legal environment in a varied support role.

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation team
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Draft, format, and prepare litigation correspondence and legal documents
- Manage diaries, appointments, and court related deadlines
- Prepare files, briefs, and court documentation
- Handle post, scanning, filing, and document management
- Support the wider office with general administration tasks
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Litigation
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and client focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask within a busy office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Reliable, proactive, and team oriented
