Job Overview

OpsTree Solutions is looking to hire a Legal & Contracting Associate with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• A law degree (LLB) is mandatory

• In-depth understanding of the Indian Contract Act

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs

• Oversee contract lifecycle management and renewals

• Conduct negotiations with clients/vendors and maintain stakeholder communications

• Organise and maintain contract and SOW repositories

• Prepare contract summaries through abstraction

• Use MS Word and Excel extensively for legal tasks
