Responsibilities

• Support research commitments in ship and offshore structures.
• Engage in knowledge exchange activities.
• Teach courses at university level, both in Glasgow and overseas.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong track record of published research in high quality publications commensurate with career stage.
• Teaching experience at all levels.
• Research interests consistent with the department's strategic direction.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to excellence in teaching.
