Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Permanent. Part Time.
Salary: £17,509.50 - £24,883.50 pro rata (£35,019 - £49,767 Full Time Equivalent).
Employer pension contribution: 28.68%.
Location: Altrincham.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care to deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of qualifications including NCFE CACHE and T Level Health. You will contribute to curriculum development, support learners through their academic journey, and bring real world insight into the classroom.
Responsibilities- Deliver lessons on safeguarding, communication in care, and the science behind health interventions.
- Develop and update curriculum for NCFE CACHE and T Level Health courses.
- Support learners with diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Maintain records and submit required reports for quality assurance.
- Experienced qualified teacher or industry expert in health and social care.
- Willing to complete a recognised teaching qualification.
- Confidence delivering all levels of learners.
- Reflective practitioner who values collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
