The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. You will support students with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum while building confidence and independence in their learning.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to provide tailored support
• Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans and classroom activities
• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to meet individual needs
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting students in a school setting is desirable
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students
• Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
