Are you a motivated Learning Support Assistant looking for your next role in Northampton? Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a supportive and inclusive school seeking a reliable LSA to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where staff are committed to helping every pupil succeed. The school is looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and confident supporting children with a range of additional needs.

The role will involve working closely with the class teacher, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You may be supporting children with SEND, so a calm and understanding approach is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
