Job Description
Lead Technical Program Manager - 12-Month Contract, Dublin (Hybrid) What's involved: 
- Lead complex technical programmes across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Drive intake, planning, prioritisation, and delivery across a major data platform team
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Platform, and Business stakeholders
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, releases, dependencies, risks, and programme governance
- Drive operational excellence through effective support processes, issue management, and continuous improvement
- Support FinOps activities including forecasting, cost visibility, capacity planning, and cost optimisation
- Develop executive-level communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Influence decisions across organisational boundaries and build alignment around shared outcomes
- 8+ years' experience in technical programme management or a similar senior role
- Proven experience leading large, complex technical programmes across multiple teams
- Strong experience working with data platforms and modern cloud/data/analytics environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
- Strong experience managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and programme governance
- Experience with operational excellence, service management, or support processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Experience with FinOps, financial planning, cost optimisation, or cloud cost management is highly desirable
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across an organisation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Dublin
- 12-month initial contract
