Job Description
Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in Milton Keynes. The role supports UDP activity across operational, data, compliance, and stakeholder priorities, aligning work with MIB's Accelerating to Zero ambition.
You will collaborate with a Senior UDP Manager, coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain delivery plans, and provide governance-ready reporting while working in a hybrid pattern (2 days in the office per week).
