Job OverviewTWI is one of the world's leading independent research and technology organisations. We are looking for an experienced Lead Specimen Extraction Laboratory Technician to support laboratory testing programmes through the preparation of high quality test specimens. This is a hands on technical leadership role focusing on specimen machining, extraction techniques and testing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the key point of contact for translating testing requirements into manufacturable specimen geometries.
- Ensure quality compliance, technical accuracy and efficient workflow delivery.
- Lead and mentor laboratory staff in specimen extraction and machining.
- Coordinate with test development teams to integrate specimen design into testing protocols.
