Lead a large-scale AI-driven transformation of the software development life cycle. You'll define strategy, reshape engineering practices, and enable teams to adopt AI-powered development across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native engineering and test automation teams
• Define AI-driven development strategy and standards
• Drive transformation of teams, processes, and operating models
• Establish governance (security, compliance, quality)
• Lead change initiatives across international teams
• Measure and communicate impact (productivity, delivery speed)
• Present to senior stakeholders and large audiences

Requirements

• Strong leadership in AI-driven engineering and transformation
• Expertise in modern SDLC, DevSecOps, and DevOps practices
• Experience with AI tools, integration, and engineering workflows
• Background in banking/financial services (4-6 years)
• Leadership experience (4-6 years)
• Degree in Computer Science or similar

Tech Exposure: Java, GitHub, Claude Code, AI agents/LLMs

Languages
