- Lead AI-native engineering and test automation teams
- Define AI-driven development strategy and standards
- Drive transformation of teams, processes, and operating models
- Establish governance (security, compliance, quality)
- Lead change initiatives across international teams
- Measure and communicate impact (productivity, delivery speed)
- Present to senior stakeholders and large audiences
Requirements
- Strong leadership in AI-driven engineering and transformation
- Expertise in modern SDLC, DevSecOps, and DevOps practices
- Experience with AI tools, integration, and engineering workflows
- Background in banking/financial services (4-6 years)
- Leadership experience (4-6 years)
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
