Lead ServiceNow Developer - 12 month FTC contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow platforms, covering ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Managers to define long-term technical roadmaps and service strategies.
Ensure all development aligns with engineering standards and platform governance.
Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and help modernise connections to heritage systems.
Line manage and coach junior and mid-level developers, supporting their professional development.
Guide the team in backlog refinement, story estimation, and sprint planning.
