The Role

As Lead React Developer, you'll take ownership of front-end architecture and lead the development of our web platforms. You'll also play a critical role in mentoring junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.

What You'll Do

Lead front-end development using React (and related technologies like TypeScript, Redux, etc.)
Coach and mentor junior developers to support their growth
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Drive code quality, performance, and scalability
Work onsite in our Geel office 2 days per week; the rest is flexible
