We're working with an innovative and exciting Scale-up SAAS company in the renewable energy industry looking for a Lead React Developer to join our innovative team in Geel, where we're driving the future of renewable energy through cutting-edge software.

The Role

As Lead React Developer, you'll take ownership of front-end architecture and lead the development of our web platforms. You'll also play a critical role in mentoring junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead front-end development using React (and related technologies like TypeScript, Redux, etc.)
  • Coach and mentor junior developers to support their growth
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Drive code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Work onsite in our Geel office 2 days per week; the rest is flexible

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically with React
  • Ambition to lead/Coach junior team members
  • Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and state management libraries
  • Emphasis on code best practices and good communication skills
  • Bonus: experience in the energy or sustainability sector
