Posted 2 hours 21 minutes ago by Description This
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the Protection, Insurance & Investments (PI&I) team as a Lead Product Manager within our Mortgages Team.
Supporting relationships with Aviva, Royal Sun Alliance, The AA, Legal & General, Aegon and Assurant, our team brings deep partner management expertise across the PI&I landscape. We use this collective experience to ensure our contracts, services, and partnerships operate as expected and that our partners, who service around 4 million policies, maintain the systems, processes, and controls needed to prevent member harm and protect Nationwide's reputation.
As a Lead Product Manager, you'll provide strong, visible leadership, offering coaching and support to a team of Product Managers and Analysts, ensuring they have the environment, clarity, and capability to thrive. You'll work closely with the PI&I Leadership Team, insurers, and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure services are supported by suitable controls, enabling good customer outcomes, effective risk mitigation, and sustainable business performance.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or Northampton office. Whilst these locations are where we are primarily looking to fill the role, if you're an internal applicant based in a different location, we would welcome your application and if successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this could work for this specific role.
