The Vacancy

Binnies an RSK Group company is seeking a Lead Process Engineer (Place Based Thinking) to join our Alliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing engineering technical direction to discipline engineers in water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects.
• Offering design support for various schemes, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
• Reviewing process design deliverables and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to deliver value, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Checking process and instrumentation drawings, project calculations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Driving sustainability and low-carbon design initiatives.
• Ensuring designs adhere to process standards, regulations, and Anglian Water standards.
• Developing design alerts and lessons learned.
• Supporting frameworks with technical expertise.
• Conducting site visits as needed and promoting digital modeling technologies.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating degree-level knowledge.
• Experience with water-sector assets and large water recycling projects.
• Proven mentoring and coaching skills.
