An established professional services firm is looking to appoint a Lead Power BI Analyst to join its strategic development team. This key role will focus on delivering impactful dashboards, enhancing data infrastructure, and driving evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. Work closely with IT teams to ensure robust data integration and quality.
- Convert business requirements into effective data-driven solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Fabric. Uphold best practices in data governance and compliance.
- At least 5 years' experience in Power BI development and administration. Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling. Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and cloud-based data sources.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
