Lead Onboard Entertainment Tech & Show Ops

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking an Entertainment Technical Manager for a 4-6 month contract. This role involves managing the on-board technical team, overseeing entertainment delivery, and enhancing passenger experience across various venues aboard the ship. Preferred candidates will have a strong technical management background, ideally in cruise ships, with experience in operating sound and lighting equipment, alongside excellent organizational and leadership skills. Full meals and accommodation are provided.
