Lead Nurse, Paediatric Complex Respiratory Care

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Lead Nurse for Children & Young People with complex respiratory needs to lead the Surrey Children's Community Nursing Service. You will provide expert clinical leadership, develop services, and support families across home, school and community settings.

The role requires extensive paediatric respiratory expertise, CPD commitment and the ability to drive service improvements and multidisciplinary collaboration.
