Lead Hardware Security Engineer - Based France, Netherlands, or UK (Hybrid)

Looking for something to get your teeth into and passionate about advancing f hardware security, want to create innovation and new R&D and drive innovation in semiconductor IP then this is the right sort of challenge.

Locations: France, Netherlands, or United Kingdom (relocation and visa sponsorship available)

Salary: €110-130K + bonus + stock options + benefits all really good.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with a recommendation to work onsite at least three days per week

Design the future of secure silicon. Lead the development of cryptographic IP hardened against side-channel and fault attacks - including post-quantum cores - and help integrate it into customer ASICs.

What You'll Do

• Build and secure crypto IP at RTL level
• Implement countermeasures against physical attacks
• Work across teams to deliver silicon-proven designs
• Support ASIC integration and EDA flows
• Present at global conferences and contribute to patents

What You Bring

• 8+ years in secure hardware design
• Master's/PhD in EE, CE, or similar
• Strong RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), ASIC flow, and scripting (Python/Perl) skills
• Hands-on with Synopsys/Cadence toolchains
