We're Hiring: Lead FEM Engineer
Location: Bristol, UK Contract Role ️ Aerospace Industry

Join a world-class engineering team supporting wing FEM and digital analysis functions across major commercial aircraft programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support wing modification and certification activities with validated FEM solutions and data.
• Deliver accurate internal loads data and documentation for wing component stress analysis (static & fatigue).
• Review and approve linear FEM reports ensuring structural compliance.
• Provide expert input on in-service issues, including repairs and occurrences.
• Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future engineering activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in FEM analysis within the aerospace industry
• Strong understanding of wing structures and airworthiness requirements
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
• A strong focus on diversity, health & safety, ethics & compliance, and sustainability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
