Accounts Semi-Senior role - Worcestershire - Growing independent firm - hybrid working + study support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Accounts team of a growing, modern independent accountancy firm in Worcestershire. This role would be suited to an individual confidently able to prepare statutory accounts and tax returns having gained experience within an accountancy practice and looking to progress their career within a reputable and ambitious firm with a positive culture.
Your new role
As a member of this firm's accounts team, you will prepare accounts and personal tax returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies below the audit threshold. You'll work closely with Seniors to support them with portfolio management and will also assist more junior members of the team - supporting their development and working collaboratively. You'll liaise regularly with clients to resolve queries and ensure they are kept up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 18m gaining experience within a UK accountancy firm preparing statutory accounts for a varied mix of clients. It would be great if you have gained either AAT L3 or L4 or have already started studying ACCA or ACA with a good track record of exam performance to date. Additionally, you'll be a great communicator keen to progress your career within a growing accountancy firm.
