Inviting applications for the role of Lead Client Partner - Vice President - English.
This role is responsible for driving growth for a portfolio of clients and acts as the CEO for their account. The role requires developing deep internal and external relationships and possessing industry, domain, and business acumen to partner effectively with clients' executive teams. The role may manage a sales team and own a portfolio exceeding $50M.
Responsibilities- Drive growth within a global or regional portfolio of over $30M through partnership with enterprise sales, leveraging existing relationships, and identifying/closing/delivering consulting and transformation opportunities, including managed services.
- Build a vision for the portfolio and enable it through strategic roadmaps and growth plans for key accounts.
- Lead account planning and strategy development.
- Understand levers impacting P&L, contract, and change management to improve account performance.
- Establish operational processes to optimize account management and client engagement strategies.
- Participate actively in industry associations and forums.
- Own the P&L for the account in collaboration with Operations.
- Develop meaningful relationships with C-suite leaders and drive thought leadership discussions.
- Build reputation as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' strategic goals and sharing innovative ideas and value propositions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and monitor NPS scores.
- Orchestrate support teams to serve the account effectively.
- Consult with clients on business transformation and technology adoption, including digital, data, and AI initiatives.
- Drive sales team performance using planning tools, processes, and metrics, and provide thought leadership.
- Handle commercial negotiations ensuring value for both parties.
- Construct Impact Commercial Models aligned with client objectives.
- Navigate political landscapes internally and at clients' organizations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance assessment, and development.
- Lead and mentor the team, handle employee issues, and foster a community of trust and integrity.
- Communicate the vision clearly and organize team efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with Operations for successful delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships at Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience leading and closing deals of $20M TCV or more.
- Relevant years of industry expertise.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Strategic consulting experience and global cultural awareness.
- Strong financial and commercial understanding.
- Prior consulting background.
