Job Description

Attached to the Legal and Tax Department (composed of 8 people) within the General Secretariat, you are exposed to a wide variety of legal topics, reflections of the growth of our activity. You support the internal teams and the General Management, on both operational and strategic issues.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Accompany the sales teams by answering their legal questions regarding the implementation of employee savings schemes and/or pension plans for clients;
• Write information notes for employees and/or the General Management on legislative and regulatory developments in our activity (legal monitoring) or new planned activities;
• Assist the internal services in handling complaints and disputes with our savers, and handle disputes, if any, in connection with our lawyers;
• Contribute to the digitalization of the activity, notably in the context of the rise of artificial intelligence (writing prompts, managing certified data ).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions, ideally within the legal department of a bank, a financial institution, a management company or an insurer.

• You master the field of business law, social law, tax law and contract law;
