Landscape Maintenance Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Contracts Manager to play a key leadership role in the delivery and growth of a well established landscape maintenance division.
The company are a long established, family run business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality landscape construction and maintenance services across Ireland.
They are known for professionalism, reliability, and long term client relationships; the company continues to grow its presence across commercial and public sector projects.
This is a senior operational role suited to someone who is confident managing people, clients, programmes, quality and commercial performance across a portfolio of live maintenance contracts.
This role will suit a strong contracts manager, operations manager, maintenance manager, service delivery manager or senior supervisor who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio of contracts within a well established and growing business.

- Contract and Operational Management
- Take ownership of the day to day delivery of multiple landscape maintenance contracts across Dublin and surrounding areas.
- Plan and manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources to ensure efficient and profitable service delivery.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and seasonal work programmes in line with contract requirements, client expectations and operational priorities.
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality, presentation, productivity and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally to maintain service continuity and client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and develop strong, professional, long term working relationships.
- Attend client meetings, site reviews and walkarounds as required.
- Monitor contract performance with a clear focus on efficiency, cost control, margin and value delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage quotations, variations, renewals and additional works opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational systems, reporting and divisional performance.
- Lead, support and manage supervisors, operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites.
- Set expectations around quality, productivity, professionalism and safe working practices.
- Help develop a positive, accountable and high performing team culture.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with company standards, contract requirements and industry best practice.
- Maintain strong health & safety performance across all sites, including safe systems of work, RAMS and site compliance.
- Promote efficient and environmentally responsible maintenance practices in line with company values and client expectations.
- Proven experience in a contracts management, operations management, service delivery or maintenance management role.
- Strong experience managing multiple sites, teams, schedules and client relationships.
- Good commercial awareness and a clear understanding of cost control, margin, quotations, variations and contract performance.
- Strong organisational and planning ability, with the confidence to prioritise and make decisions in a fast moving operational environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Professional, practical and solutions focused approach.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, grounds maintenance, facilities management, sports turf or a related service based operational environment.
- Experience managing commercial or public sector service contracts.
- Qualification in horticulture, landscape management, construction, operations or a related discipline.
