Fast changing business, leaving much room for growth
Why choose Eneco?
We believe everyone deserves access to clean, affordable energy. That's why we're working hard to accelerate the energy transition, together. As part of our Offshore Wind team, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of the systems that keep our wind farms efficient, sustainable, and connected with the world around them.
What you'll do
As an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator for Ecology Systems, you are responsible for coordinating the operation, maintenance, and offshore logistics for systems that research, monitor and protect the marine and ecological environment around our offshore wind farms.
These systems include bird radar installations, fish cameras, data connections, and works such as subsea & ROV surveys. Your role focuses primarily on coordination, planning, and alignment, ensuring that activities are prepared well, executed safely, and delivered on time.
While coordination is the core of the role, you will also provide practical support where needed - mostly remote, and occasionally offshore - for troubleshooting, checks, or supporting system activities during upgrades or commissioning phases.
You work closely with offshore operations, ecology specialists, contractors, and IT/OT colleagues, acting as the linking pin between people, systems, and planning.
Is this about you?
You are a structured and dependable team player who enjoys creating overview in a technical and operational environment. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable working with different disciplines and stakeholders.
You understand technical systems well enough to coordinate work effectively. Safety, preparation, and reliability come naturally to you, and you are motivated by contributing to both the energy transition and environmental protection.
Additionally, you have:
- MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level, with a technical or operational background
-
