About the role:

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic KS1 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work at an ofsted rated good primary school in Leeds to support a child with Autism. This is a full time role with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate. The role will commence in September and ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 2. The school has high expectations for it's pupils and is looking for a Teaching Assistant who has a real passion for education and improving attainment.

KS1 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant duties can include:

• Providing general classroom support
• Delivering interventions to boost attainment
• Working with key children on a 1 to 1 basis

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience working in a primary school
• Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
• A minimum of a Level 2 relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
