Job Overview

We're looking for a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant who will guide customers through the design and creation process, ensuring a great customer experience from the first showroom conversation to home visits.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver our full Wickes customer journey: whether it's in-store, virtual, or at a customer's home.
• Turn prospects into customers by finding the best solutions for space and budget, and proactively generate leads within the showroom.
• Create inspiring designs using our design tools, presenting and refining ideas in collaboration with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organized and proactive, communicating progress clearly and keeping customers updated.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.

• Industry savvy, up to date with the latest trends and local market knowledge.
• Some experience with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop) is desirable. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for home visits.
